By seeing the the architecture i am sure that this temple was on of the prominent temples of past era which we all are in oblivion. This temple is dedicated to lord hanuman. It has been said that while carrying sanjeevani mountain (dronagiri) here he changed the load of mountain from one shoulder to other.and the deity here is of swayambhoo(self manifested).temple gopuram is wide open to a 300 acre lake.

It is 500 year old temple built during vijayanagara period. The temple is located in Ayyargarkulam near kanchipuram. The temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple is very Didilipated condition

A must visit Hanuman temple! You can find a large temple tank behind this temple (though it is dry now). The underground Nadavavi Kinaru is also a kilometre away from this temple!

Good atmosphere and best oldest temple in near kanchipuram. Nice place to have quick trip with friends and family in short time.
