Great temple and adorable diety. Very famous and powerful temple. Lots of crowd. Again the maintenance is pathetic. The Very site of the place is so clumsy it really makes me feel why this place should not be maintained clean. Keeping the premises clean and hygiene is the first service to lord. Hope it happens

The place was amazing. Nice place to visit. we can see paddy cultivation around the temple. But the temple could have much more cleaner. For praying Saturday is preferred as good day for praying Saneeswaran. As by near by people's say after praying Saneeswaran temple we should not go to any other temples after that.

Best place!! This saneeswaran (god) temple is not human made.. If u never visit the place, visit it on Saturday. Please do visit in the mornings since it have beautiful paddy field surrounded. You can spend a great time here. The only cons is that the temple is not maintained properly and hygiene.

Saturday is special day for this temple and God. So in that day only will be more crowd till afternoon. Afterthat will be free. When I came here to prayer l can get some vibes and ideas to grow up. Front of the temple a canel water is going always.

We had plans for a very long time to visit this temple, felt so happy that it was coming true in this wonderful trip which happened just like that. No wonder they say, you can visit any temple, only if "HE" wants you to come and not if you want to go. hmmm

After having a wonderful darshan in Poola Nandheswara, we came to this temple.

As we entered the temple complex, was kind of shocked because this is not like the normal temples that we had visited. Temple Sanctum Sanctorum is small, and the rest of the temple is a open big hall or mandapam. Yet there is so much said and written about this temple. It is also considered equivalent to the Thirunallar saneeswararn temple.

Even the sanctum sanctorum is so different compared to your normal temples. Here there is no lingam, there is a small beautiful stone in a egg shape, which is considered to be Lord Saneeswararn and Lord Shiva together. Was kind of surprised excited to see such a temple and which is considered to be very powerful.

The priest did a wonderful aarthi darshan and honestly am not sure, i prayed here, because one i could not believe i am in this temple, two so many things were going on, which i was trying to absorb, so many things different, construction wise, prayer wise, which got me so curious and interested.

A small canal runs infront of the temple, for devotees who want to do major poojas, to bath and enter the temple.

Parking for cars is there, but am not sure if it can handle in rush times.

We were very happy that we were able to visit and pray here, we also made up our mind that we will come back to this temple once again and we hope that he gives us permission to come back.

Since our focus were on the things happening around us, we didnt focus on taking pictures, also the pics that we took were not that explanatory.

Wonderful temple to visit.

Small temple located close to the road.

You need hardly 30min to visit this temple.

Need maintenance badly in and around temple.

There is water canal close to temple for bath, kind of not clean.

There is a beautiful landscape view close to the canal

So many buses available from Madurai and Theni...very powerful god.. so many devotees visited this temple coming from various places...Maintain Neat and clean..
