What a splendid temple, one of lord Murugan 6 padai veedu located near madurai. Always crowded and temple is full of positive vibes.
Lord Murugan had been carved out of mountain rock in Thiruperumkundrum. Lord face you can see as long to admire his beauty.
Place where Lord Murugan married Devainayai. You can see Lord Annapoorani also carved with of devars which is eye catching.
Only place not located above mountain, but whole mountain is our Lord Murugan. Such a good place 🙂
And offering some 4 wheeler trucks to hill point view and Thekkady lake view from manalaru area .. if more spend persons will like ...
The lake view and many small falls around the hills looks good .. enjoyed the lot..
Safety:- Forest team awareness given always in the animals grossing areas it's good ..
And also take care in all places snake 🐍 risk found.(i saw near tea estate around 7 feet)
In also slippary places in lake and tea estate. Take care with kids and old members.
There are a few steps to climb on your way to the deity, and the elderly may have a hard time. If you are claustrophobic, this place is best avoided as the queue climbs and winds through some congested spots. Some people may approach you to offer their services as a guide. Caution is advised while dealing with them.
Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Thiruparankundram is one of the beautiful Murugan temple in india. The temple is built in rock-cut architecture and believed to have been built by the Pandyas during the 6th century. According to the legend it is where Murugan slayed the demon Surapadman and married Deivayanai, the divine daughter of the king of heaven, Indra, and he is said to have worshipped Shiva here as Parangirinathar. There are some steps to enter to the temple. The hill view of the temple is very beautiful. There are many small shops and lodges nearby.
