God Saraswathi temple.its that the one on only Saraswathi temple in tamilnadu..lot of school children's come and get dharisanam and buy note,bookes,pen,pencil and other study materials...

Best temple to visit before taking the kids to school. We went with our toddler and he enjoyed buying slate, pencil etc..

They open very late at 7:45 a.m. you have to wait until they open the doors however the goddess here looks beautiful and this temple is famous for books sarees and pens and white lotus which you can give in the temple and get the blessing by keeping that in goddess feet and then use it for your success.

My suggestion is to Visit this temple in afternoon instead of morning because the pandit here is laid back and does things in his own sweet time.

Visit for the sake of the Goddess only.

A very good ancient temple “ A hidden gem”. Not all people know about this temple…
It’s one among few temples of goddess Saraswati. Good for kids studying, they sell pens, pencils, book outside. One can buy and take it inside the temple and they do Pooja for it and return back.
Please note: They sell books outside but it won’t be taken for doing Pooja.

The maintenance of the temple must be a little more better

Very divine temple. Car parking is little problematic. The deity is symbolic representation of Education, you can see more number of Students in the temple. Very nice experience.

I have been to this temple multiple times. My last visit had been many years before. We had a very good darshan. The temple is maintained well. The only suggestion to add or mention temple contact number as we couldn't find it online or the numbers mentioned arent reachable
