Sivasailam kovil is a very old temple and is located near Alwazhkurichi in Tirunelveli. Lord Shiva lingam has a hair behind the lingam, you may ask the priest to show you from backside. The location is very scenic and beautiful, there is a river passing on near by this temple. Near to the temple there are fields and mountain(western ghats view). Its a must visit place. As this is situated in a village, there are no nearby food outlets. So plan your journey accordingly.
