Shri Durgiana Temple

This is one of the oldest temple in the city. There are 8 temples inside it. Architecture of this temple is unique. You can feel the peace and happiness at this place. There is no inside space for parking. Overall a must visit place

Beautiful place having 8 different dedicated temples for Hindu Gods/Goddess. Huge place and architecture for the main Durga temple is same as Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara. A lot of walking involved and it has sweet shop and charitable hospital as well in its premises.

This is one of the historical shrines for Sikhs. It's a must visit for people coming to Punjab. The whole area has recently been renovated and very well maintained. You'll find a lot of shops just outside the entrance to try authentic food, punjabi juttis and phulkari etc. Its better to visit in Winters since its difficult to walk in the heat in Summers

The Main temple looks very beautiful exactly like golden temple. There are many temple of various gods inside the tirath campus. The campus looks cleans and have vehicles parking. After entry gate you will encounter cloak room where you can submit your shoes. The campus is big and have various statues of gods.The main temple is situated at the middle of pond and have statues of Radha Krishna.There is no entry fee or something and it is very near to the railway station. My experience was good to visit the Durgiana Tirath ❤️

Old hindu temple in Amritsar which replicates the architecture of Golden temple. Temple is there in the center of a water body. The water was very clean surrounding to the temple. There were plenty of fishes when we visited. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the main temple and the way passing through the pond. This temple must be visited if you are in Amritsar.

This is a very old temple of Amritsar.
Its appearance is similar to that of the Golden Temple.
There is also a huge banyan tree to which Lav-Kush had tied Hanuman ji.
There are many temples to visit here.
One can also take bath in the holy lake here. The temple complex is very clean,calm and full of positive energy.
Must visit there for Peace.

Good place to visit and pray. It is almost a replica of the Golden Temple but not maintained well. Perhaps most of the visitors are not aware of this beautiful shrine. There were 3/4 visitors during my visit whereas a few times back I had to stand in line more than an hour to reach the main temple of the Golden Temple. I came to know about this Holi shrine only during Google search at the last moment of my Amritsar tour. Once someone is in Amritsar must visit this place.
