Good mandap. Bad place . Unmaintained unhygenic. Couldn't explain with words. How can be government and people be so irresponsible for such responsible activities which are fundamental rights of people. Generally I see such lack of responsibility and carelessness in cuttack. Being the oldest town it has not any qualities to qualify even for a village . Villages are at least clean. Drains everywhere . Roadworks being carried out for months. No care for peoples just political games.
