One of the oldest Shiva temple dated back to 7th century AD. One of the best stone carvings on the walls. The Temple premises are kept clean. The temple is located on other corner of the Mukteshwar Temple Park. Inside of the Temple, you will feel old charm along with peaceful mind.The Lingam located outside the temple and big Banyan Tree adds more beauty to the Temple.

It is a small temple. Same architecture like puri and mukteshwara temple. Very attractive and beautiful

Parsurameswara temple is one of the oldest temple of Bhubaneswar. The structure, walls, interrior and carvings are so beautiful. Mukteshwar and Kedar Gouri Temple are situated near this temple. Best to visit in early morning.

Considered to be oldest temple in the entore area. It’s a living temple and poojas happen everyday here. The style of the carvings are different from rest of the temples of you look closely. The big banyan tree near the temple adds to the beauty! It’s wonderful to sit here and is one of my fav places in Bhubaneswar. There is walk park in the complex and also mukhteshwar temple. There is usually a dahi bora guy standing in the entrance! 😊

The temple is a fantastic piece of architecture. Garden is well-maintained, and the premises are tobacco-free and plastic-free. The architecture is magnificent, and it demonstrates a surprising level of wisdom in the construction of this temple. The temple's platform is erected on a platform. A majestic sanctum tower with a square-based entrance hall. The architecture is beautiful, and there are numerous temples in one location. A walking path, a park, and a meditation area are also available. The temple grounds are tidy and well-kept, and there is a lake nearby which consists of other 2 temples also.
3-4 priests are involved in chanting and prayers.

The temple itself is the standing beauty and an elegant maestro of our ancestors. The great architecture of kalinga is itself showcased in this old temple. This is the oldest temple in comparison to Lord Lingaraj temple. Proud to be born in Odisha....
