Shri Jagannath temple(Odia: ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ମନ୍ଦିର) (popularly known as "Shabara Shrikshetra") is a temple located in Koraput, Odisha, India. It is not only built as an altar for worship, but also as a multipurpose area for Jagannath consciousness. Jagannath consciousness is the main theme of Jagannath which can not be confined within the limits of a traditional religious theological order, because it is a cult (or even a philosophical system).
It is originated from the tribal culture, and it has no antagonism towards any religion, caste or creed, Practice of tolerance in the real life of the individual and the society wedded to this ideal, is one piece used in the cult. This is practiced at Shabara Shrikshetra in letter and spirit. Everybody has free access to this shrine, which virtually demonstrates the very concept of Jagannath consciousness having tribal bias.

Shri Jagannath temple(Odia: ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ମନ୍ଦିର) (popularly known as "Shabara Shrikshetra") is a temple located in Koraput, Odisha, India. It is not only built as an altar for worship, but also as a multipurpose area for Jagannath consciousness. temple is full of scenic beauty and located at heart of koraput.you can visualise koraput town from this temple. If you visit this temple I'm sure that u won't come soon from the temple premises because the temple is full of Greenery and u can worship all god present over India in one place .
Must visit if ur are coming to koraput and the temple is also having its own guest house with ac accomodation and furnished room. The lodging also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at extra payment. You can also avail the prashad by buying tickets at counter. You can take prashad parcel or u can enjoy the prashad at anandabazar at temple premises.

Temple is neat and clean. Controlled by Koraput Municipality. Prasad Sevan facilities available for Rs 60 and Rs 70 for seating & parcel respectively. Temple remains closed in between 1pm - 3pm everyday. Around 100 stairs are there. From there whole Koraput city is visible. Many photography places are there.

A beautiful place for hindu's for pray our lord jagannath. Really no words about the temple n environment, the cleanness and everything is well organized. Its a very beautiful location to see lord jagannath mahaprabhu's all Besha n 12 jyotirling in one place

Beautiful temple. There are two ways to approach the temple. One through the stairs and the other through a road. The road leads all the way to the top. The stairs are steep but one would enjoy climbing. A go to place if you visit Koraput. Clean and tidy. One can pay donation through UPI too.

It was very sacred place to visit that's why it's know as second puri of india. Here i posting some photos if any query post it.
(P.S-There is very good parking system and you can go there from behind of the temple)

After puri it is the 2nd most beautiful jagannath temple situated inheart of koraput, it has idol of jagannath in different avatar.
