Khandeshwar station is named be ause this old temple. Very old Shiva temple , surrounded with lake. People normally come here to relax & exrsize.

Very old temple and maintained well by locals. The temple has a very good man made lake. The temple is open to public and offers Puja in morning and evenings. The temple itself is a very calm place to be even though it's in the city. Definite visit for all.
Entry points are from main highway and also from khanda colony. Parking is available outside the temple premises. There is a public toilet as well just outside the temple for all the devotees who visit the temple.
