Here at Rampur Pahadi, Neelkanth Maharaj ji ni tapasaya ki thi aur radha krishna ko palki mai jhula jhulaate tha.... You will a very sweet person here and he is none other than pandit ji. He will explain you each and everything sweetly and calmly, telling you about the orgin of the river Sharda flowing...One should carry water bottle so that you can take the water which is as pure as the water of Himalayas which will help people to cure.
Inside the temple you can see the statues of Radha krishna and Neel kanth Maharaj ji.
You can see akhand jyoti and a sword of Goddess Maihar Devi here and it is a belief that people should bring coconut to offer here nothing else and can pray to god to fulfill their wishes...
You can also find Shivlings here and it is believed that during saavan you can see here panchnaag as it rest on the shivling..
You can also see a tree here which is called as healing tree, u need to sit under the tree and it heals your diseases and improves health and if you meditate then this is the best place to sit under this tree you can find peace
During monsoon the scene here totally changes you can see water flowing here and there and it seems as waterfall.
As told by the pandit ji that Neelkanth Maharaj ji tapasaya karte tha aur ek bar unhone tapasaya karke pathar faadh kar paani nikala tha aur aaj bhi waha kuaa hai jo ki ek faata hua pathar hai...
Do visit here... And reach on time near about 10:30 one should reach there but its a request do carry a coconut so that you can offer god.
You will find a kund in the premises and there is a legend that the water never dries up in this kund. During monsoons, a small waterfall also comes up here.
After visiting the temple and its premises, ask the priest for the way to the viewpoint in front of the temple. On arriving at this viewpoint you will be treated with magnificent views of the cliffs, green valleys and the distant plains - You will definitely click a lot of pictures here.
