A temple with special environment. Great to see statue of lord in a hand like appearance! The temple is surrounded by ponds among one where hands of devi said to be appeared. These hands were said to be turned into statue as per the temple legend. There are two Shiva temples nearby, one in a kind of saumya Shiva nature(pleasent Shiva) and rudra Shiva (angry form, yet loving form of lord Shiva). I went to Navaratri festival and it is quite a memorable experience. Loved the atmosphere and the legend.

Serene temple is small but very well kept. Very unique temple as it has Hands in blessing posture representing the Devi which came out of the water. The syambho stones are in front of those hands. Go on a quiet evening to experience the beauty of the place.

Sree Emoor Bhagavathy Temple is an awe-inspiring divine spot. It was my dream to visit this place in person and worship the Goddess. Peaceful, beautiful, clean and green temple. Optimism, victory and peace!

Such a wonderful temple with great positive vibration. One localite told me that the national party kept the symbol of hand after it's ex pm was visiting this temple but no proof of such information... However, the history was a localite worshipped the goddess bagavathy and when she appeared in the near by river, she was slowly emerging out of the river, by the time that localite got scared and screamed it's enough and then Amman stopped emerging and hence only hands were kept for worship in this temple as a symbolic of this event...
