Its most attractive tourist spot in pathanamthitta town. We can rach here throgh the side road of district jail. We can get there by bus. By getting down at pathanamthitta private bus stand. Way to spot is steep so its safe to walk to the rock mount than using a vehicle. At the top there is lord shiva temple. We can have drinking water there. Way to top is having steps. We can see all the town from the top also we can see river achankovil

One of the greate tourist destination in the pathanamthitta district and iam so proud to tell that it in my district and when we reach the top of the hill we can see the full view of the town that was an a beautiful scenery and here a small temple of the lord Shiva and I mostly recommend to come the time between early morning or the evening time because that time the sun is not too hot

I went with my husband in the hopes of praying at the Shiva temple in the evening . But to our dismay , the locals over there didn’t allow us to go in the name of “moral policing” as it was “too late”(mind you , it was only 6 and the sun had barely set) . I have never been denied in my entire life to pray at a temple ! It’s really a shame that jobless people such as them exist only to de promote tourism !

Religious and peaceful location. Amazing view. Going early would be suggested, when the sun is up you need umbrella. Constructions are going on and I heard they are going to erect a huge statue of Lord Ayyappa Swamy. On the way to be huge pilgrimage site and tourism promotion. After praying while leaving one guy called us to have kanji, I thought it was free but we had to pay for it.

Chuttipara is a Located in Pathanamthitta district of Kerala. This 200 ft. rock cluster is one of the tourist spots where you can get a panoramic view of Pathanamthitta town. Atop the hill, there is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Harihara Mahadeva Temple. Chelavirichapara, Kattadipara and Pulipara are other hills around Chuttipara.
We can get a peaceful mind and a positive energy.

Loved this
