Selfie stick servers the purpose to get rid of monkeys as well. 5. Limited parking space available for 4W. 6. You need climb around 100+ steps which are little steep. 7. It's norm here to visit Kalyanis first before going to temple.

Not very well maintained but a very beautiful place. It is a heaven for photographers and nature lovers.
Near the entrance there is an ayurvedic hospital which not many people are aware of. They treat you well for body pain with minimal fee. Once in a week an expert conducts cataract too

You can take the car half way up. Avoid taking the car beyond the shop The steep is almost vertical and there are steep and sharp turns. Taking the vehicle beyond the upper gate is not advisable, as there is no space to turn or space for two cars to pass . On the top there is a Shiva temple And ponds or in the shape of shanka, chakra, Padma. There is a view point slightly below the temple. Recommended time is at sunset and sunrise. It's really peaceful and calm You can also trains passing from the top Carry enough water

A temple on the top of the hill with a beautiful view. Beautiful place and near to the highway. If you are traveling in Mangalore Bangalore highway it is best place to visit and spend some time. There is a road till the top of the temple but it is very steep climb up hill and if you are new to driving it is better to park the car below and walk till temple. Evening time is lot better to visit as there will be lot of wind.

Om Namah Shivaya... a temple on top of the hill.. mesmerizing view... all around the temple.. must visit.. during regular days, you can drive your car until the top of the hill..
