One of the most unknown places in Tumkur , which is situated in Kunigal, Teppasandra. This hill is also known as yoga vahana betta . You can see so many peacocks while you are travelling to this hill. You have to go through the dense forest , so better to go with group of people . A good place for off - roading. U You can see sri lakshmi narasimha Swamy temple at the top of the hill, when I visited, the temple is closed , it may open after 10 am . Happy travelling .

Unknown hillock in Kunigal range. Very beautiful trail through the groovy trees. Ideal for Sunrise and Sunset. Bikes can be reached till top. Fantastic view.

Also I organise rides to some of the offbeat places around Bangalore, if you are into biking, do reach out to my Instagram Handle to join in the squad..

Sri Lakshmi Narsimha temple at top of hill, we drive back to foot. At the foot of the hill, there is another temple which is called Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy., small offroad trail to go to the top of the hill from Beangluru it's around 80 kilometres I guess, but it's a beautiful place to visit loved the sunrise.. We have done the photo shoot as well you can see the photo which I have attached , I recommend everyone to visit this place..
Thanks

The gem is about 80 kms from Bangalore and about 9 kms from Kunigal. It is around 3-4 kms from Bangalore-Mangalore National Highway after Kunigal. Google map leads to different route better to check with people in that vicinity for the correct approachable/motorable roads. We visited a month back. Our previous visit was in 2020.

Temple is believed to be present from Chola's rule. It is said to be 1000 years old and recently renovated. Lush green off-road to hill top is amazing. Temple timings from 10AM to 2 PM. Carry food or water as there are no shops.
