Amazing view & amazing place but not very popular among tourists yet. One will have to trek 2 kms to reach the top where a temple is situated. Reach the top for the pleasant view. Try to experience the sunset here.

Peaceful hillock off Ballupet. Motorable road takes almost to the top, only a small distance to be hiked. At the hilltop, an ancient Parvathi temple is located. Nice views of the surrounding estates and forest. A tall hill stands opposite and attracts attention! Good for an evening outing...

This place is quite near to Hassan city and also it is quite easy to trek so anybody can come and visit this place anytime to get relax from boredom. One of the main beauty of the place is it is surrounded by Greenery and i have hear that sometimes elephant travel along this place so it is good to be bit careful.
At the top there is a heart shaped pond which gives added beauty to your photoshoot and for nature lovers, sitting on the peak and enjoy the nature with old memories can't express the feeling but you can only feel

This place is serene. Leave early before the sun rises high and you'll experience different shades of the sky. The hike is kids friendly and you can park right before the hike starts. The elevation is gradual and not much slippery. The Parvati temple at the peak is ancient and amazing. Overall excellent 3-4 hrs spent here. Do plan to come here if you're visiting Sakleshpur. Highly recommended.
