One of the best treks in the Shivalik hills region. I had great longing to go to this place from past 12years...

And visiting here was a total bliss...

Yhe trek can be started from 3 places ...
Noradhar from where the walk is longest i.e. around 17kms. Bt with easy to moderate grade.... Also there are good options available for stay and food

My trip here was from Noradhar when i took my tent and all supplies with me ut was great...

2nd from SARAHAN in Choupal..
Never went from thag ine but it is around 13kms from there....with breathtaking views along the way....

3rd from PULBAHAL.
FROM WHERE the road goes upto a point the road conditions depend on the weather how close it can be to you... But comparatively this one is the shortest and gorgeously beautiful and filled with breathtaking views it also combines with the path from Sarahan.

Thw total distance from this way is almoat 11kms. If you can reach up till last point....

But where ever you go from this place will take you to a bliss full journey..

And best is to start late morning and reach till evening so that you can enjoy the SUNSET followed by the sea of lights from all of Shimla city and nearby region and of Sirmour......
And then having stay and aarti at temple and starting back next day....

To get there, there is two route one from Nohradhar & other from chopal. The experience is awesome.
Pack your bag with warn cloths. Wear sports shoes or hiking shoe
Carry some food & water. But signal is not available at churdhar peak.
You'll definitely enjoy into the wild trekking.

Spiritual ! Scenic Beauty ! Mesmerizing Views ! Peace !

At the height of 11,965 feet (Himachal Pradesh), blue color of lord Shiva
You will be mesmerized by the beauty. Sky is blue, Shiva idol is also blue. It gives so much peace to your eyes and your soul.
Where ever you see its only dense forest and limitless blue sky and white clouds. Wowwww!!! Only have imagine this in my dreams :)
This is the last patch of @Churdhar trek@ and I would say the toughest 1km to reach at this height.
Guys, Trek lover must come to this place.
The total trek distance is 18KM from one side.
On top of the hill , you will also see temple and dharamshalla (For stay and food-It is closed as of now because of lockdown) however, there are 2,3 food stalls where you can find aloo parathas, rajma chawal and dry snacks etc.

THE captivating Churdhar top in Sirmaur is one of the greatest Peak of Shivalik ranges at a level of 11965 feet. Churdhar, generally known as Churichandni (Bangle of Snow), is honored with the absolute most dynamite and lovely scenes around here.

The view from the highest point embraces a huge scene of marsh plots towards the south and snow-covered ranges, remembering the pinnacles of Badrinath and Kedarnath for the Garhwal area, towards the north.A abundance of spices and lovely elevated vegetation cover these Himalayan slants. Strolling through the natural life asylum, one spots the fabulous monal, Himachal's state bird, alongside koklass and kaleej fowls. The canine-toothed musk deer and the imperiled Himalayan mountain bear possess the higher forests.

Below the culmination is the deodar-roofed, single-story, square sanctuary of Srigul with a lingam, devoted to Shiva (Chooreshwar Mahadev). Pioneers sing and move around evening time during the Navratras fair in this antiquated temple.Trekkers track over little icy masses while heading to the breeze blown Churdhar highest point, which has moderate to weighty snowfall (normal of 33 feet snow). Frequently the Srigul sanctuary gets covered under it.A perspective on the rainbow arising not too far off after the downpour, is a critical sight. The multi-shaded beams gushing out of the overcast cover, make the sky seem to be an enormous light fixture.

Love the peace & beautiful nature during the trek. It's a long Trek which took us almost 5 hours to complete. Food is very affordable at mid trek shops. Pretty decent stay available at the peak. The most amazing feeling is breathtaking views 😍
