Ancient Kalika & Khimaj Mataji Temple

Beautiful temple with easy approachability. Best thing is it's location on ground level, as elderly people can't climb up the mountain or hill. There isn't any crowd or this place is not that famous.

Patan gram is the origin of goddess. Later the hill at Bhinmal was blessed to be her home.

There are three goddesses in this temple. Among them Kshemkari Mata ji is the right most. There are two idols of Mata Rani. She is Mahishasur vardini. Khetlo Ji temple is also at the beginning of the premises.

There are no rules and restrictions laid by temple like what we have at Bhinmal dham.

Easy parking outside the temple but on the road.

Also popular as kalkamata mandir.. Old
An old temple o's peaceful and worth visiting.
Spend some time inside.
Maa's decoration with flowers is just superb and cool
Situated behind museum and opp to patola house, pay a visit when at patan.

Rani Ki Vav is so well known that we don't notice many important things nearby; like this mandir, Trikam Barot Ni Vav, Behram Khan Maqbara and the small kund right opposite this mandir. This mandir was built by Siddharaj Jaisingh Solanki more than a thousand years ago. Small and simple, not decorative. Worth a visit. Pics attached.

Very holy place, Ancient & Spontaneous statue....

Very good place for peace of mind. A very old holy heritage temple situated near Ranki Vav, Patan. Temple of Kalika Mataji, Bhadrakali Mataji and Kshemkari Mataji, also with temple of Mahadevji and Hanumanji.

A must visit temple if one is visiting Rani ki Vav. It is on the way. It is ancient temple and Ma Kali is the protectress diety of Patan city. Temple has a small fort like structure and is whitewashed. Thete are 3 shrines insude - Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Kshemankari mata. One can feel energetic vibrations here.

This place was constructed by Sidharaja who has built the entire Patan city in 11th Century as capital. There is a painting of the king in this temple. The place is very calm and peaceful except the sounds of birds. The ppace is also a bit cold. Best place for doing Meditation with very few people around

(Visited in October 2022) - Ancient and impressive temple of Kalika maa is located just opposite patola heritage museum, ensconced within ruined fort of Patan.
