As per local sayings, temple is 125 year old built by swami of swaminarayan sampraday to remove fear of evil in karsan bhagat's vadi(farm). Devotees in large number visit the Temple on Saturdays to worship Lord Hanuman. Devotees stand in queue to worship Lord. Shrifal, oil etc are offered to God.

Balaji Hanumanji Temple of Rajkot is a ancient temple in the middle of Rajkot city, near to Bus stand area. It's situated in Krishnasinhji High School campus.
