You may go there in the morning or evening time as there is rush in afternoon time i.e. 3:00 p.m.

Nice place for low budget marriage and other function.. Very neat and clean area...

A park is basically a well pruned and preserved area of land meant for people to come and relax, enjoy and spend some time away from the routine of their homes and work.

A Children’s Park as the very name indicates, is a park meant for children to come in the mornings and evenings to spend their leisure time in the open and fresh air of the park, away from their congested homes and busy environments. A children’s park has several playthings for them to play with and enjoy.

Now, the governesses also get together for a chat while the babies are asleep, or just gazing at the blue skies. The governesses continue their chatting sprees while at times one can hear the babies cry aloud in their prams.

At times, in lonely corners we can also spot a few bigger children sit with their books and studying without a care of the world. Some children who do not have congenial atmosphere at home or do not have enough silence in their small houses, come here in the open to study in silence.

On the one hand when there is seriousness in studying of the big children, on the other hand there is gossiping about masters and mistresses – a complex and interesting sight at a children’s park.

But, this place is occupied by Property Dealers & Builder's now a days.
Yes, I was here along with some relative to find out an Plot to purchase here, but in every street dealers have their own affairs precisely and tried to cut the pocket of customer.
They told us, very soon this colony get the tag of RCA. Already electricity supply is belong to "North DEB".
In other words, this place is not more then 25,000 - 30,000 ₹ sq/yd.
But property dealer's are deadly here and gripping this place very tightly.
I hope, you guys will be carefully deal with them. This is look a like Mafia controlled area.

A bunch of illiterate staff here ! Added future marriage date to the marriage certificate. Kindly remember to ask for receipt for all the payments you make here as these frauds can deny any payment during the registration stage !! The advocate Joginder that they add to the case is a complete fraud. At last moment he asks for extra money else denies to register the marriage in the court and uses abusive language !! In India, you can never get a task done without a major drama in the end and these bunch of maniacs will make sure to ruin your special day. Just keep your eyes open ! Make sure to recheck every single detail as they can make silliest mistake of choosing current day's date and expect them to ruin your day in one or other manner.
