A nice small temple dedicated to deity Bhairav ji or one of the alters of Shiva this place is most crowded on Saturday’s . There is no parking space so one has to leave their vehicle on their own risk on the main road. Kalkaji Mandir is just 200meters away so normally the devotees first visit the Kalkaji temple dedicated to the Godess Kali and then come here to take blessing of Bhairav Baba. One can enjoy nice Kachories over here.

Prachin Bhairon Mandir is the name given to the most famous Bhairav temple in Delhi. The deity known as Bhairav is one of the forms of Lord Mahadev or Lord Shiva and is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage centres in the country. One of the most unique features about this temple that cannot be found anywhere else is the fact that liquor is given to the deity as a holy offering. Devotees bring in local and international brands of liquor like beer, brandy, scotch, whiskey etc. and offer it to Lord Bhairav. This is then distributed to the devotees as the local Prasad.

Holy and divine place for Hindus( Sanatani's), there is lot of crowd during weekends & Navratri festival. According to the belief of Hindus, it is mandatory to have darshan of Baba Bhairavnath ji after the darshan of Maa Kalka ji.
Must visit and try to taste of kachori by Sharma's kachori wala near the bhairav ji temple.
₹40 for one kachori plate, morning 7:00am to 2:00pm afternoon.

One of the old and powerful temples in Delhi NCR, principal deity is lord Kaal Bhairav who is always watching us!

There are idols of other divine manifestations like Goddess Baglamukhi, Katyayani, Panchmukhi Hanumanji, 5-faceted Shivlinga and more.

Vehicle and messengers of Lord Bhairava ie dogs are well cared for here by the priests.

Lots of thali vendors outside to help with with floral and fruit, agarbatti offerings. Ppl also carry liquor as offering.

Very powerful place to align or realign ur energies.Jai Mahakaal 😇🙌🙏
