Ma Mahamaya Temple

This is a historical temple of maa durga,ganpati ji, shiv ji nearby Dalli Rajhara. It is approximately 30 min journey to travel from Dalli and also a great place for a picnic. As on the way of this temple, Borhdi damn is also there to see. For instance, you'll be lost in the lap of nature, all you can see is greenery all around. A great place to escape from the chaos of the city and have some calm and peacetime.

Maa Mahamaya temple is located on a hill that is situated on the Mahamaya mines. Mahamaya temple is dedicated to dual goddess mother Lakshmi &Saraswati, situated about 20 kilometers away from the iron Nagar Dallirajhara of balod district. The temple is reached through a series of long stairs .The view from here also looks very beautiful and the wonderful view of the Bordi Dam is surrounded by the hills on the other. People from different places visit mahamaya Mandir to worship and now it has become a major tourist attraction place in balod district .The people of balod district great faith on Mahamaya devi and during Navratri this place, "Navratri mela" is being organised by the people. People from far away ,if possible, come here only by private vehicles, because there are many more beautiful nearby i.e Kille wali mata Mandir.
