Budheshwar Mahadev Mandir

It's a Hindu God Lord Shiva Temple in front of the lake,this temple is very old temple in the city.

Very old temple of shiv ji, also called as bhudhadev and budha mahadev. Shivling is located in the center of main dome of temple. And 4 other mini temple are in each corner which are of hanuman ji, gayatri mata , narsingh bhagwan and radha Krishna. Right next to main dome there is separate mandir for bhairu ji hanuman ji and santoshi mata. Behid these temples there is a sabha bhawan including 1 big a/c hall with stage, 2 small hall .14-15 rooms, a big open area and 1 spacious kitchen. Here you can organise marriage ceremony, engagement, birthday party kitty party or any get togather at very reasonable rate.

Very ancient mahadev temple named as "budheshwar mahadev " and the area near this temple is also named after this temple as budhatalab & budhapara .

According to me it's a best place in raipur for feeling peace and also for photoshot

The temple is situated amidst city rush just beside Swami Vivekananda Sarovar.. but when you enter the temple all the haste and rush vanishes.. calm and soothing feelings will leave you mesmerized.. there is beautiful Shiv ji idol at the centre of the main building while several other small domes with different deities.. During shravan month it is busy while rest of the year it is very less crowded.. so we can enjoy the environment while sitting there for sometime.
