It is an ancient place. It is belived that maa danteshwari lives in this place, there is a foot print of maa danteshwari at the top of the mountain. Maa danteshwari visualise the situation of her state from the top of mountain. It is now become a good picnic spot for the tourist. There are 147 ponds earlier but now it is about 80 left.
