It is one of the oldest Siva temple.. around 35 to 40 km far from raipur town..park ..open gym facilities r available ..two river sangam point is also there...not so much crowded...good place to visit...u can also do boating there..

Somnath Mandir situated at simga Place which is near by raipur Chhattisgarh approximately 40 km, Mahadev Temple and shivnath & kharun river Sangam are the famous points of this place,very popular Temple, Many of devotees comes here and take blessing of Mahadev

It is situated among the trees and on the bank of the river. Must go to get peace and get blessing from Lord Somnath (Shiv Ji).

The temple is nice.. Peaceful environment and you can also enjoy nature here. Boating is available so can ride in river. It's best to take your personal vehicle and meals there. A good place for a family picnic.
