Shiv Mandir New Jakkanpur

This is very old temple which came into existence in the year 1949. It is popularly known as "Shiv-Mandir". The temple consists of the three temples -Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman and Goddess Durga. Maha Shivratri and Navratra is celebrated here with full devotion and enthusiasm which are very popular attraction in this area. All other festivals are also celebrated here by the devotees. Morning and evening prayers are done here regularly. There is a regular Pujari(Pandit Jee) available here regularly for all religious advice. This temple is very famous in the locality and this is being used as "Land Mark" by the people in general.
