This Temple worship Lord Lokhimon. Lokhimon is the Almighty God worship by the Lokhimon devotees founded by Lokhon Ingti Hensek Chinthong. Lokhimon is a neo Hindu Vaishnav religion. This is one of the place where Lokhon Ingti Hensek visited after his attainment. During his visit he taught who Lokhimon is, how powerful he is and how to worship. The people who have faith in him at the time of leave-taking request him to leave a mark on his maiden visit. To their request he ask for a lantern, upon which he was handed an old damaged lantern. He touch the lantern, and to their utter surprise the lamp turned into a new one with oil inside it. The lamp is lighted and hung at a sacred place. The most surprising is, the lamp burned continuously for more than ten days at a stretch.
