It's a great place and now with the new archaeological display it's even better. You have to take tickets to enter but 10 rs for adult and 5 for children is nothing as they have significantly make the place way more beautiful. Do visit onces but there are some tough steps so old people might find problem.

Located in the foothills of the Siang hills, hardly a kilometer from the Likabal. A new temple constructed as a replica of the ruined one, display gallery for displaying the monuments found from excavation, landscape lightings are the added attractions.

Good place to visit with family.

Joy maa durga, a beautiful mandir , the best thing is that this mandir is trying to preserve ancient stones and sculptures done at the time of raja maharaja

One of the best temple present in Arunachal Pradesh which falls under Lower Siang District on the place Likabali. It is very well maintained and it's surrounding are very neat and clean. Malini than is believed to be the place of God Karishna and His wife Rukmini. If you're thinking of visiting the place than you should have at least 7 hours in your hand than you can go to see Malini than and just above it there is Rukmini than. And a waterfall(akasi ganga) is present in some distance where it is believed that God Krishna and Rukmini took bath. Overall the place is wonderful.

It's an ancient temple which is under supervision of Archeological Survey of India. It's close to shilapathar located in Likabali and really very peaceful environment. Also visit the Rukmani Temple very close to Malani Than. Best time to visit is during winter.

As per the mythology constructed, when Krishna wanted to marry Rukmini, the daughter of King Bhishmaka of Vidarbha, he abducted her prior to her wedding with Shishupala. Krishna and Rukmini then travelled from Bhishmakanagar to Dwarka, stopping at Malinithan on the way over, where they were guests of Shiva and Durga, who were doing penance. Parvati, Shiva's consort, warmly welcoming her guests, presented them with garlands made of flowers plucked from her orchard.

History: The temple doesnot find any mention in the 10th–11th century Kalika Purana. From all archaeological evidences at the site, archaeologists have opined that the temple belonged to the 13th century. Stone mason marks found in Malinithan. were also found in sites of Sadiya like Tamreswari temple, Bura-buri, Padum pukhuri as well as other places like Nakshaparbat and Buroi.

Neat and clean place, good space for parking as well. Number of big trees so nice shady place for hot sunny weathers. Ambience is good. And the temple holds special significance as it is said that when lord Krishna was taking Rookmani after marrying her, they rested here in this place, that's why it was Malini thaan
