This land belongs to Late. Bedanidhi Dhakal, he was commonly known as Chandanne Baa due to his epic Chandan Tika at his forehead. Late Dhakal had a total land of around 55 acres. This land is around 25 acres in area. Starting from DK road to the other end of Chauldhuwa Baligaon road. Having said so, now the situation has changed a bit, the old man died and four of his sons inherited the ancestral property. Three among the four have sold most of their fathers property, and thus new houses are seen in this property. The current value of this property is 10 lakh per Kattha, depending upon the location, yet the minimum value is fixed for 10 lakh.
