Most ancient temples (Lord Shiva & Chennakesava Swamy) located at the bank of river Krishna.

You can get the Abhishkam over there.

At Shivratri time crowd will be huge may take bit time to get the Darshanam.

Even to celebrate Nagula Tsaviti ant hill (pamuputta) are there in the temple.

Pleasent place with fresh breeze.

You will get the mind refresh feel after visiting the temple.

It is located 12KM apart from Jaggayyapet. This temple is constructed in 11th century. One of the ancient temples which was built in the river Krishna(built near the main temple which submerge during rainy seasons), has no Pooja performed daily except on Shivratri. There are two beautiful Nandi idols infront of this temple and deity is swayabhu by Chandra(White stone lingam)). The main temple is near to river Krishna and priests perform Pooja very well. Muktheswar, Sri Chakra sahitha Bhavani matha, Chennakeshwara Swamy are the main temples in the temple complex. One can do holy dip in the river and can go for the Darshan to these 2 temples. Pooja stores available near the temple.
Devotees often confuse with Muktheswar temple with Koti Lingala temple, but, infact, ancient swayabhu temple is located near Krishna river and Koti Lingala Kshetam is 2 KMs away from this temple. Koti Lingala temple is built recently and one can perform Sala grama shiva linga prathista Pooja and other poojas here. On the way back from Muktheswar temple, we can visit Koti Lingala temple as well.
