I was in Neil during Dashahara 2019. Very calm place. You will feel like you are in your own village. Dashahara program was organised just beside this temple. I enjoyed durga puja. Had Prasad. Very soothing. There were dance and orchestra program on the occasion of durga puja. Neil island is very small in size. Majority of them are bengali or madrasi. Culture wise you will feel like you are home.
