This shop has a great variety of herbal products, pooja products and dry fruits. Their honey is yummy and worth for the money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We purchased Homa pack and homa sticks for house warming and the priest was surprised seeing the quality.
I would suggest this shop to buy quality products and not sure about the price.

Did a purchase here on 12/01/2021. They had billed all the items of my purchase and collected cash from me and haven't given me all the items in the bill. The sales girls here are extremely rude and ill mannered . Looks like they do this job of billing and not putting it in the delivery package to the customers , steal the product and re sell it again. Even during my purchase there was another customer waiting to get a similar problem resolved . So I went ahead asking them if everything has been packed and these girls said yes. To my surprise , when I went back to my home in kodaikanal and checked and found the sambranis missing in the package. Since I don't live in madurai I couldn't go in person to resolve this. I called them and these sales girls were so rude and never gave me a proper response and stopped picking my call. I tried taking the problem via mail didn't get a proper response there also. I hope the management or someone responsible resolves it here atleast. Either give me a refund or send me the product. Extremely bad customer service , rude staffs , and making profits our of cheap cheating techniques life the management really wants to save this brand please take those rude girls our of the job .and employ some courteous staff.

Following your reply , your staffs don't check the product and bill I nfront of customers . Thy give only a packed and tied bag and handed over the bill. And when asked they say it's inside the bag.in the first place they haven't done any cross check of bill and delivery of products and the place is too small and cramped and the inefficiency of your staffs is something you have go take in notice. I haven't received the product , please cross check with your stock or else your staffs are stealing a billed product and making profits for them. Also I called them the very next day to resolve those , no one gave a proper response
