Himalayan Heli Services Sersi Helipad

Hey guys let me update you all, presently Kestral Avaition are running their helicopter from this premises.

Don't ask about service it's pathetic, no management, no rules & regulations.

We had booking on 25th May 2022 and slot timing 12:00 - 3:00 pm. We somehow managed to reach der at 10:30 am as it was mentioned reach one hr prior. Neways it's a long story finally we got helicopter service somewhere around 5.30 pm.

People talking der that hotel agents getting first priority as they are charging 15k to 22k for round trip

Sincere advise to Kestral Avaition please follow some guidelines, set some rules.
We have trusted you, trusted GMVN so Plz don't play with our feelings, patience.

The best heli service for Kedarnath dham. Very professional management and trained support staff. They have many helicopters so very quick service.

Good service. The staff were very polite and accommodative. They opened the office at 0455 am in the cold inclement whether. The counter staff checked the tickets and weighed both our baggage and ours. I booked my ticket for 0900 to 1200/Am slot to Kedarnath.
I requested the counter staff to consider to book by 0600 am slot as we were at the helipad at 0430 am itself. They obliged and it was a great help for me and and my wife who are senior citizens. They allow five passengers for a trip calculating the weight.
Please prepare for frequent cancellation of heli services as the it is being operated in good visibility only. The helipad is on the main Road in Sersi. If you got ticket better it is advised to stay at Sersi itself as good hotels (with basic fecilities) available near helipad

Heli/chopper service is good but they breaching rules with the help of hotel staff blacking tickets and prioritising black tickets and charging 9k to 20 k per ticket of two-way journey which is 4680 fixed by service provider.

There is a total scam going on. There are many instances I came across including me that the money has been deducted and booking has failed. There is no proper way to contact them. You call them it's always busy. You email them, won't receive a reply back. I am not sure whether I will ever get the money back.

Helipad waiting area with few people to wait. Rest room also there. Small snacks available near by shop

Very worst service from Himalayan heli service, booked a ticket and verified the status of the ticket before starting the journey. We had the Confirmed ticket for heli service for the time slot 12:00pm to 3:00 pm and we reached the place by 1:00 pm, eventhough we reached the counter with confirmed ticket at correct time, the officers had cancelled the ticket with reason " due to overbooking, ticket cancelled contact gvmn" . Not at all redirecting the customer to proper counter, not even they are ready to say the reason for cancellation. Not worth even for a single star

Poor service.. poor management.. prior online booking has no relevance as they sell tickets in black and give them priority.. They will ask you to come 5 6 hours early for your time slot and then delay for another 6 7 hours or even cancle your trip and refund the money
