Hi we came hear with lots of fear abt the health issue. The service which we experienced is excellent. You can trust this hospital very well. I will sure recommend this hospital to my friends and family members if they are in need. Thank you so much.

I came in for Dengue and was eventually admitted. The hospital stop were great. Even though I was alone , didn’t feel alone and had some one Checking in on me constantly. Dr.Harrison was my physician. He was good with his recommendation, answered questions patiently . The nurses were competent and friendly . The hospital provided a welcome kit with toothbrush paste towel, etc which I greatly appreciated. Some feedback would be
1) better food - I only took breakfast here but it was cold and not very flexible menu. No juice etc available unless the attender gets it.they did manage to get me tender coconut water
2) consolidate the cleaning staff I don’t have 3 people to come in one by one to do cleaning but just one person do the room. Except on 4th day, I saw a small roach
3) drawing blood is a task. My arm is blue black. Not all nurses are as apt at taking blood

All in all a positive experience.

Good care very neat and clean. staffs are very affectionate and concern and patient. Very punctual. I appreciate your service . Felt at home and I enjoy the nutritious food. Every one in your campus does their work in commitment. God bless all your endeavours

Had my delivery here .Day after discharge my baby was crying continuously for several hours on calling the hospital one of night duty sister attended and just brushed it off saying "all babies cry" , not even listening to what we were trying to say . she did not even suggest something basic like check the baby's temperature. So we ourselves checked at home, he had a temp of 101. immediate rushed to hospital. The same sister received the baby, was barking at me entire time, literally snatched medical records from me.!! Turned out baby was dehydrated and pediatrician told if we had delayed it would have become worst. If I had listened to this sister and stayed home things would have gone bad . Kindly train your sisters and ask them not to brush off everything like it's normal and to at least try to listen what the patient is saying.

We are very happy with Venkateshwara Hospitals service. My FIL was admitted for emergency and during the treatment Dr Thilai sir took personal care and the hospital staffs were very kind and serviced as per our needs. Thanks for all your support.

Nice hospital well maintained good care given to patients. Dr Subash Chandar is one of the best cardiologist around. He is caring and attentive to all your questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

We thank Dr. Shanthi Sanjay Mam. She is awesome and so patient with us from the beginning. She explained each and every steps of pregnancy clearly and clarified even basic doubts wrt pregnancy and labor. Her labor class was so informative. She made the pregnancy easy for us. We just followed what she told us to do and had a normal delivery. Thanks to all the support staffs who helped a lot during labor. Happy pregnancy and parenting!!!

I'm happy 😍 and proud about Dr. Shanthi Sanjay madam who guided me well during and post pregnancy.Labour and Baby ward nurses were very friendly and I didn't feel alone at any moment though I stayed without anyone mostly. Every situation was explained well before which helped to take decisions.
