Very poor management. Just wasted time being there. They only entertain their old clients else they typically waste your time.

The staff in this Vlcc (R S Towers) are the best! Professional and resourceful. We were a party of 4. With hair, make up, and dress we were at the wedding right on time! The staff is very well coordinated and never let anyone of us sit idly. Thank you for making us shine and shimmer!

The receptionist there who also claims to be the manager (Miss Alia) needs to check on her attitude.
No regards towards customer's time and inquiries.
I believe that when someone pays a good price for a service the least they can expect is a satisfactory reply with positive attitide. Positive attitude is a core factor of the service industry.
Also, I tried to call the franchisee owner (Mr. Gera) a couple of times but could not connect to him.

Haircut ₹150 with wash is value for money , cleanup ₹650 is worth it , beared ₹170 ok.

Is it the vlcc located in club road ranchi. If yess den yakk. I chose it for the best day of my life and that was my marriage,the make up done was okay but the hairs,seriously yakk. People started telling,tumne hairs kaha se kara lia yaar. And same time i am not in ranchi,otherwise i must have visited that once. She just combed my hairs,make normal juda and put the dupatta and i i paid 15000 for that.
