Worst service , don't buy their product , they said that the product is 15 years warranty in burnish but discoloured after 15 hours and refused to change

They told if any discolor happen then they will change it,it had 15 years burnish warranty.But it discolored only after 1 day.Now they are neglecting.
Not using any acid it's the product fault .
Telling it's acid to avoid replacement good marketing strategy
