Very poor customer service, they do not stand behind they’re product “Jaguar” that they promote so highly of. We asked the Jaguar tech who came to look at the problem to call this store because I had purchased all my Jaguar products from Shiv Marbles and they had charged top price and assure me that Jaguar has 5 year warranty on all products, they told the Jaguar tech that we only sell the product and are not responsible for anything and it up to Jaguar to cover the warranty or not. My product was only 1 year old now but at time of damage was only 1 month old. Jaguar and this store is a waste of money.
