BEWARE!!!...claims as one of top dealers for HETTICH, but its not true. One of the worst shops to deal with, I really don't know how HETTICH is managing these unknown shops and cheating people. Nihkil, who is supposed to be the owner of the shop pretends to shy away when its comes to customer handling. He is fraudster to the core. One exchange of my HETTICH product costed me a fortune. Moreover, they never give original bills for any product even for HETTICH, only after persistent asking they will give. Remember any exchange on HETTICH products will cost you Rs.5000/- extra, and this is what I paid upon waiting for 45days running from pole to post regularly. HORRIBLE Customer service
