This is the worst hardware and ceramic shop around TC Palya - Akshaynagar belt. The owner has so much attitude and ego problem that you can never see him talking nicely to the customers. He never addresses customers as Sir or Mam. He never smiles and talks to you as if he is talking to one of this workers. Worst more, even after making a bill of more than a lakh, there wont be a 'thank you' from him or offering a coffee etc. Despite this, some of the bathroom products started showing fungus within 2 days of installation. Could be old material or defective piece would have been sold. I strongly suggest to avoid going to this shop. There are many shops in that area who treats customers nicely and offer good quality products. You can try there.

Worst. Kitchen sink jaguar tap started leaking within 4 months of usage and the guy doesn't said warranty doesn't hold good. We did big mistake buying houses very thing for the house from here. TV turns off with inverter on when power goes and they are not giving an ear to complaints. Avoid this place. Update: replaced new tap and the new tap also leaked in a few months
