I felt the attitude and approach of the staff really nice. But, my experience with the order i placed was not at all satisfying... I ordered 4 plywood with selected lamination - one side with wood texture and the other with plain white. After paying the money, the item I got had scratches and one piece had lamination done in a bad way .. I never expected this from Mahalakshmi.
