Not happy with the service. I was told that floor plank I was provided are vitrified, later Sourabh said its soft vitrified and Tile person said its ceramic. The Tile person he, Gulab provided was useless. All he did was charged very high per sq rate and unsatisfied with his work. We sepnt money like water first on buying tiles then to the tile wala made us buy chemical of his choice from his own guy. Even after getting all the walls cemented and using expensive chemical still on drill there are gap and we have hollow tiles. Waste of money. Felt cheated. The owner didn't bother. All he did was kept ignoring all calls. The planks are of so bad quality that even a small plastic or rubber object causes chip on the tile. Strictly no if you want to buy tiles from him.
