Convenient shopping experience at reasonable rate. Century Ply checked for authenticity through Century Promise App. Hindware wide range available. Waiting area and waiting time has some scope for improvisation. Overall shopping experience is great. Once the Business-Cx relationship is built, shopping through WhatsApp (RFQ, Negs, Billing and online payment) experience is magnificent.
