The salon is amazing with the way they deal with thier clients and provide them with a lovely pampering session, being a regular client of looks, it has never disappointed me with any sort of mishap and always made me even more confident by the way they make me appreciate it all. The staff, the ambience, and everything is definitely worth your money and time and it simply is fabulous. Every service here is simply the best and you won't regret your decision to choose looks salon rather than any other.

We took an appointment for 2 pedicure at Looks. Mr Kaushar, who is supposedly the manager of the salon, provided with two people to start simultaneously. But 5 mins after the pedicure started, he mentioned that they have to hold the pedicure because other client had come late for their appointment.

He held the pedicure and started doing it for the other client.

This shows how unprofessional the team is and the customer experience is below average and no where close to the brand reputation.

Don’t recommend the team, and senior management/owners of franchise are requested to intervene.

Excellent Saloon at Rohtak. The place is very nice and has a great ambience. Live music with positive vibes. The staff here is highly trained and professional. One get's a value in look's and more importantly, the feelings about oneself. It's a must visit here everytime one needs the service.

Visited first time in rohtak looks. Courteous staff. Happy with the service. Wanted to change the color of my hair and Moin (Hair stylist) changed my hair look and gave me the desired look.He was very helping and gave me the proper guidance. Loved the ambience too

Very unprofessional behaviour of the guy on reception and the hairstylist as well. I took my previous services from Looks, Delhi which is a good salon. But the one in Rohtak is not worth visiting. A wastage of time and money.

If you want to have worst services choose this salon. They have poor quality makeup products which ruined my skin so badly that it took me 2 months to recover. The nail art service is also pathetic. Either they don’t have the art material or the work done is visibly very upsetting.Choose other salon if you dont want to waste your money
