I had Hair Transplant done from Hair free and hair grow Clinic 2 years back and the results are amazing! The doctors are extremely polite and humble. They helped me in every way. Receptionist is so rude. She talks like you are getting a service for free. I have been there three times with my husband. Every time she has the same attitude problem. One the last visit(yesterday) I wanted to take a service for myself too, but after seeing her attitude (like she owns the place) I changed my mind. I will tell other people too about it and this place. I don’t see anybody being professional. Staff do and behave the way they want to. No manner at all. Environment is like a local market.

Overall the experience, which i had with hairfree branch of gurgaon was good. The doctor and staffs are soft spoken and cooperative. But, i felt something awkward when i visited the branch for PRP, recently. The guy, who took my blood sample for PRP started doing my PRP without calling doctor. After that he calls a doctor for PRP for other patients, who were there for PRP. Although, i have taken many PRP from the same branch and i had never experienced this thing before.
