Chandu and Anand are great hair stylists. They did an amazing job on my hair. The results are lasting long. I prefer this saloon though it is more on an expensive side because the results on your hair last longer. So the value of the service is value for money spent.

I had a great experience here today. My haircut was done by Ajay. It was like best hair cut experience ever for me. He took great care and gave the best look possible. We also had a very nice conversation. The other staff members are also very polite and courteous. The ambience is good. Also I won a night cream in lucky draw. Everyone was getting some gift. Great experience.

I had a terrible experience this time. Success has gone to head of Deep -the top hairstylist. I have been regular to Mirrors for haircut and preferred Deep for haircut. Last time 3 months back i had a hair cut from Deep and I didn't like it as it was uneven. Thought maybe he had a bad day( he was talking about bad hike discussion) and waited for 3 months to grow my hair and get a better haircut. This time I told him that last time the haircut wasn't great and showed him pictures I would like to have. He was more interested for cysteine and then selling products for frizz instead focusing on what I wanted. He has cut my hair so short and then he has the audacity to lie that your hair length was just 1inch more and I wanted short hair. I could have shown him the pictures with longer hair that i took in the morning. but I just left. I had been going to Deep for hair cut for 4-5 years or more but now I won't. I had a terrible experience with a facial before and I just stopped taking any skin treatments, now i had bad experience for haircut even from a top hairstylist. They hardly care about customer satisfaction, the focus is only pushing more services to earn more money. After I gave a single star, they have been calling to remove the bad rating instead they should focus on listening to customer in first place. Deep might have thought I have been a regular and I will accept any haircut he gives like last time but this time I have to write this review.

This was my first time ever with coloring my hair and Sameer did such a wonderful job with it. He also suggested which colors to go with and what would suit my face/color and he delivered what he promised. Very very satisfied. Highly recommend him and the salon!

Creative director Sameer, has given me a complete transformation, feel like a complete different person. I was not sure what to get when I walked in, He has advised me keratin treatment and I went ahead with his suggestion, he is very knowledgeable and knows what the client need, would 100% recommend. The place has excellent hospitality, service and vibe, best salon in Hyderabad hands down.
