Non-professional attitude of staff makes it a big No. Such a kind of service is not expected of Naturals Salon. I will advise not to visit this one. For basic service of beard trimming and shaping, they charge extra in name of beard styling which other salons do with no extra cost. I advise franchise owner to look into it and soon improve the services.

Again, we were hugely disappointed by Naturals. I visited for eyebrows which was somewhat fine. My husband wanted haircut and beard trimming. We were asked to wait as the concerned staff was busy with some customer. After finishing his service, he simply went away in front of us without even informing us that he won't be able to provide us the required service. We kept waiting. Then, the receptionist told us to come the next day. We again went the next Sunday. Some female staff asked the male staff if he is free to give my husband a haircut and beard trimming. But he refused saying he was busy while he was busy over phone and not even a single customer he was attending to. We get only Sundays to avail salon services due to our work commitments. Such a response from Naturals Salon is really disheartening. We have decided never to visit such a place ever again. Please keep a professional team as such a team may drive away the customers. We don't have any personal grudge against any of your staff but they need to be loyal towards their profession and employer. Kindly look into it at the earliest.

I got waxing done here and the service was very bad and hair is not removed properly..the tissue got stuck to my hand and legs..and on top of it before starting the job they mentioned the wax as flavoured and which would cost 600 but after job they changed it to some other wax and charged 2000 which is not at all acceptable and when I asked for menu they told that this wax is not listed in the naturals menu and the prices have gone up after Corona

Overall worst service and never would recommend naturals again to anyone and will not come again

I am very regular customer to naturals saloon. Very well mannered gesture. Good service. Reasonable prices. Uses only quality products. It's for both men and women.

Worst experience ever, This is the first time I visited naturals. I went for waxing today, one Muslim lady has done it. She completely seems to be unprofessional. No proper hair was removed for hands as well as legs. After removing wax no cream was applied and not at all cleaning the leftover wax properly. She gave the tissue to me to clean by myself. I have a membership card they gave me 20 rupees discount on it and the tax is too high, it is 18%. I Never recommend to anyone and never gonna visit again.

Really disappointed with the service,after seeing couple of negative reviews thought not to go..but brand pulled me ,I genrally go to hyderbad naturals as I came to my inlaw house used there service ..availed service today morning
