I got my haircut done here. This is the first time ever all my customisation were taken into account and a perfect haircut was done. In every saloon, even after me requesting them many times to not to curl my hair during blow dry, they used to curl it, but in Toni & Guy i had to tell the stylist only once and she did it perfectly. Also I didn't want to blow dry with hot air which was also taken into consideration. I am extremely happy with the service provided by them. I haven't seen such service in green trends, Lakme and naturals too. Special thanks to stylist Naomi for listening to all my requirements and doing it just like that.

Had the worst nightmare here at Toni & Guy. Took service at phoenix market City by bipin. Sat for my haircut and after 10 mins my hairs which were long till my waist was suddenly shoulder length. I literally had tears in my eyes after seeing the result. Guys trust me don't take service by Bipin. Moreover I had opted for Style director and paid the amount for the service to be offered by style director. To my surprise after this incident i came to know it was senior stylist who gave me haircut and when I questioned the manager and the receptionist ( sanjana) didn't have any answer. DON'T TAKE SERVICE BY BIPIN HERE. Also I haven't received any apology after this till now. Just look at the length of my hair before and after and i never intended to shorten my hairs.

It’s been a while since I started visiting this place and since then there is no looking back. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It has all the required facilities and comfort. Hairstylist- Waseem and bunny have been really nice with the services that’s they provide like haircut, hair spa, etc, they give tips for haircare too. Also Ravi has been really helpful in getting the service done. Even during the rush hours, when I had last minute plan for salon without reservation, he helped with the arrangement.

I got my haircut and nail extensions done here! It was a great experience and the staff was super friendly! Was able to get my nails & hair done just the way I wanted and it was perfect! Both of the staff members did an incredible job and y'all should definitely check out Tony & Guy!

Recently I had my haircut with the senior stylist lady Sanja.
But this was my very bad experience. I have asked her to give a bouncy look with a layer cut. But she did not shampoo my hair and she took almost 1hr to finish. From the start I observed that she did not cut my hair properly. Finally there was no bouncy look and no proper layers. It was just a normal U cut. I am really disappointed with her service. Also in the past years, I have visited other branches in Toni and guy but I did not had such a bad experience. That to, I did not expect such kind of inexperienced people doing haircut in Toni & guy phoenix center.

This is a place for hair dressing and you have all kinds od haircuts from different types od people such as Stylist, Senior Stylist and Art Director too. And bases upon the expert chosen, the cost varies. They are quite professional and you need to book a prior appointment to come here. Luckily it wasn't very crowded as we came on a weekday so they gave a slot for my friend within 20 minutes.

Recently I had opted for a haircut from a senior stylist Prathima. She did absolutely splendid work right from suggestion haircut according to my face cut, hair color according to my complexion , spa and so on. I was completely satisfied with the service that she did . Also shez very skilled and professionalistic with haircut service , spent so much time working on perfectioning my haircut , shez very patient enough and love the way she works on every detailing.
