The ambience is not at all calm . The staff keep chatting , paying less importance to the customer . In the absence of the regular staff , the manager took over the treatment of my hair and alomost spoilt it . I had undergone a hair treatment in this salon 2 years ago , at that time I was really happy with the result , but now its not at all impressive .
I had gone for smoothening my hair , first day the result wasn't good after sitting for 5 hours as the amature manager did it . After the second day setting also . I find curls at some parts . I have paid a total amount of 6.5k , and after that if I dont get the result , what should I expect ?
This kind of performance is very disappointing .
