L8 (LOREAL) Hair Spa Unisex Beauty SALON

Too expensive.. The final result is not gud due to excessive heat apply. After smoothing hair spa is not free. But they take high fee for smoothing but again they took extra 1000 for spa. Earlier they don't told that spa fee is extra....didn't mention about the fee structure clearly that spa fee after Smothening is extra. Not included in earlier Smothening package.. Hair cut I did earlier not this time.. That was not free sir..

I did hair smoothening three days ago ....quiet satisfied with the treatment...but after that process spa is not free..it charges 1000 rupees...moreover no massage or steam was provided...worst spa service I have ever experienced.

Worst experience ever.I did hair smoothening for 4000/- rupees and after 1 week some part of my hair became curly. My hair started falling severely.it became dull and weak. They charged 1000/- rupees for hair spa but they didn't even provide hair massage.I lost my hair its falling till now. I wish i would not choose this Salon.

Very bad experience ... Don't even know how to set hair after cutting . Better to go to normal saloon rather than experiencing in L8 ,Jorhat

I’ve been there many times before but today I got my hair spa done there . The hairdresser would explain about your hair spa according to your requirement. There were like keratin spa, smoothing and normal . I did normal . Massage the hairdresser did was outstanding I felt so relaxed calm my nervous system down and very free and positive. He also massage my neck upto back . That was like mini spa therapy 😌👍🏼. One thing I like about that place is very spacious. They play therapeutic music in the sound bar that’s bonus session. The owner is very polite and gentle. The salon should have hired more professional beautician and experts with their personal uniforms! for their more business growth cuz the salon needs it !also need some renovations for inside environment like decors and all . (That’s my POV ! )

Pathetic experience. Ridiculous suggestions. Unprofessional. Less knowledge about the products. I went couple of days back for full hair color. Instead of using the regular colour, I agreed to go by their suggested hair color because " AS A CUSTOMER I WOULD BELIEVE AND RELY ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER MEN or WOMEN " However, the colour didn't turned out the way it was supposed to be because of WHAT!! Was it my fault? I guess not. Should I be blamed for choosing this " SALON " I don't think so. I think I am now allowed to raise the finger on the so called " professional team " of the salon or " the owner " who not only guaranteed but also insisted alot to apply the hair color (product) that I've never used before. It's hard to believe and it's a shame that a brand like L'OREAL operating a salon here in Gar Ali, Jorhat, Assam with a team of unprofessional unskilled and sadly without proper knowledge of the products and their properties.
Wasted my time.
Wasted my money.
Damaged my hair.
Most importantly Wasted faith on the STUPID salon.
