Must say really pathetic gym, me and my husband was exiting members of this gym , last year when we join this place they charge approx 8k per person along with that we influence 4 new members to join this gym , worst things is staff doesn’t have sense to communicate and floor trainers are rude , and they will treat you like outsiders, they will keep you teaching the rules and at the end they own doesn’t follow it, they will tell you not do trade-mill for more than 20 minutes on the other side , when other person do trade-mill more than 35 minutes that time they will forget to follow the floor rules for the other person , very biased behaviour from lead floor trainers of morning time, they will switch of acs specially in summer to save the light bill at any time, also their are no windows for air ventilation, after switching off acs they will expect from you to workout with air flow as their aren’t big ceiling fans are installed, even while I was doing trade-mill couple of time they stopped trade-mill without informing while I was running on speed , that injured my knee as well as , most of the time floor trainers just seat not stand on the floor and not show attention, only if you pay for personal training than only they will behave good and will entertain you! Yesterday when we wanted to renew our membership when we our self approached reception area , the head trainers sunny said you can’t renew the membership at 8 k , pay 10 k or just join some other gym , the kind of attitude and ego they have shown is very pathetic, they don’t treat you normal , even if you spoken with them in normal tone , and let me tell me it was their mistake, they given us call couple of week ago , one lady told us you can renew membership at 8 k , buts she didn’t mention at all that after 10 th June if you renew the price going to hike from 8 to 10 k , when we ask her we are ready to pay by gpay and also ask will be their some little discount for existing client, she told us let me get back to you in 10 to 15 minutes , after that till 15 June neither she called us back nor anyone approached us , at the last date when we ourselves approached them for renewal they told us , pay 10 k or just get lost , this the way they treat existing clients! After that we called vishal the gym owner , and we explained him everything thing , he just really doesn’t care about anything, he told us to approach Jackson from management, we called him 4 times, also Wassup him , he just saw all the massages and ignored all the calls and didn’t even approached us back , seriously guys , you are in service industry, need to improve your behaviour, only good machines not going to take you long in this business but good behaviour, till the date no one have approached us nor care to respond, I am surly not going to recommend this pathetic gym to my friends and family members! Their are many good gyms available in area , if you do pretty good research at good affordable rate!

Very careless attitude of owner, need to change the behaviour of management and on floor staff, they need to learn first how to behave with client, this kind of attitude won’t going to take this business for long period of time, only good machines in gym are not helpful, think and try to give respect to other people, your in the service industry where your providing services to your client , with this kind of attitude and EGO , your business won’t going to survive in long run, I recommend everyone not to join this gym if you have some or little self respect! Very bad management, very poor service, when I approached at reception area , receptionist was not their , when I told want to renew my and my wife membership , the head trainer told me to pay 10 k or you can join other gym, before 10th of June the cost was 8 k per person when I spoken with one lady , she didn’t inform me at all the price is going to hike in just 5 days , also when I ask for discount for existing client and I was ready to renew my membership she told me she will called us back in 10 to 15 mins, neither they called us nor informed us anything , at the day of renewal when I approached them ,they told me directly the price are hiked, when I approached owner he didn’t have any idea , when I called Jackson ( manager) for 4 times in day neither he replied back to calls also ignored my msg , so before joining this gym be ready for their pathetic behaviour, look like head trainer considered them selves as owner and took all decisions the way he want , also bathroom stinks all the time, trainer will only switch on the air conditioning while their training theirs pts, rest time they switch offs! Worst worst worst worst management , service .

Fitpass does not work, as they dnt provide u with scanner. Waste of money. Fake reviews are added

Good gym if your on budget. Equipment are ok ok and the floor trainers are helpful .
Region of improvement would be cleanliness and need more spending on maintenance of the existing equipment.

Probably one of the worst gym in the area, owners doesn't care about members. They charge for AC gym but 90% of the times AC are turned OFF!! Just imagine it's soo suffocating in there that it will force you to miss gym next day or leave your workout unfinished and the rush OMG PPL are packed like local train. We goo here to get fit but this unhealthy environment will make you sick. NO VENTILLATION NO AC lots of carbon dioxide build up will eventually create health issues. Cardio equipment are JUNK ages old no maintenance nothing.
Changing room is another pain it stinks most of the times and floors are wet not up to standard. Look somewhere else in this range you have many options.
